What To Do With Recipe Pieces In Ooblets
Recipes pieces are scattered everywhere, but what are they for? This guide on What To Do With Recipe Pieces In Ooblets explains both where to find recipe pieces that you can use, and what you must do with them in order to learn new and exciting recipes.

Recipe Pieces are quite easy to find, if you know where to look. When found in the world, they are small pieces of paper. They are easy to spot as they are surrounded by sparkling lights, like any other item you can pick up and collect. They can also be hidden in other shining items, such as in piles of books or on shelves. They are very valuable so whenever you see a Recipe Piece, make sure to collect it and save them up. You need four Recipe Pieces before they can be used.

What To Do With Recipe Pieces
Once you have found at least 4 Recipe Pieces, open your inventory with Tab. Check the Stuff! screen and look for the Recipe Pieces. Highlight the Recipe Pieces and then select the Assemble option, which is right-click on your mouse. Another menu will pop up, make sure not to discard them or anything else, just select the Assemble option.

Once all of the pieces have been assembled, you will instantly unlock a recipe. We’re unsure if the recipes unlock in a specific order, or if they are unlocked entirely at random, but you’ll need them all eventually anyway. So make sure to get searching and pick up any Recipe Pieces you can find.

Where To Store Items In Ooblets
Inventory space is limited in Ooblets but is there a bank or somewhere to store items? This guide explains Where To Store Items In Ooblets as although the storage capacity is very low, it’s a great place to store away those valuables you plan to use for Tasks later in the game.

At the beginning of your adventure in the world of Ooblets, you arrive on the island with very little. A small briefcase carries all that you own. Thankfully, you keep the briefcase, which acts as your only method of storage during your early days on the island of the Ooblets.

Where To Store Items In Ooblets

Where To Store Items
As you progress through the game and increase the size of your house, it’s very likely that additional storage options become available. However, during the early stages of the game, you are restricted to storing only 6 different items inside the suitcase.

Return to your farm and go inside the house. You will see a suitcase on the floor. If you are carrying any items you can immediately deposit them from your hand into the case. However, you can also interact with the case to bring up the full menu. This allows you to store all of your items at once, making it much quicker and more efficient if you want to store more than a single item.

The items are safe in here, it’s a permanent storage. It’s a good space to place Recipe Pieces and other items that you don’t use often but will definitely use later in the game. If we discover additional storage options later in the game, we’ll be sure to update this guide with the fresh information.

Don’t forget, however, that you are able to increase your carrying capacity, which is akin to additional storage. After some time doing Tasks and leveling up, you will be able to buy chests from the furniture shop.

Storage capacity is limited so you’ll want to increase your inventory as soon as possible. This guide on How To Increase Carrying Capacity In Ooblets will tell you what you must do in order to increase how many items you can carry, allowing you to gather more seeds, recruit more Ooblets, and do more Tasks.

At the beginning of the game, you’ve got plenty of space in your pockets. You can run around gathering materials, seeds, completing tasks, no problem. However, before long you’ll find yourself full to capacity and unable to carry anymore items. There is the option of storing items in your case, but that only allows for an additional 6 slots of storage. You’ll be wanting to improve on that as early as possible.

How To Increase Carrying Capacity In Ooblets

How To Increase Carrying Capacity
You need to purchase a Bum Bag, the European term for a Fanny Pack. Unfortunately, it’s rather expensive, costing 250 Gummies to purchase. Gummies can be difficult to get early on but once you are able to complete daily delivery tasks, you’ll be able to gather the 250 Gummies in no time.

Once you have the Gummies head to Kibbonbon. It’s the clothing shop near the fountain, with two clothing displays outside and a waving cat-like yeti thing on the sign. Head inside, you will see the Bum Bag sitting on one of the display cases. Simply approach the Bum Bag and interact with it to purchase it for 250 Gummies.

How To Get A Bigger House In Ooblets
Want to upgrade to a bigger Farmhouse for more storage and decorating space? This guide on How To Get A Bigger House In Ooblets explains the expensive process of finding the upgrades to your house and then paying a huge sum of Gummies in order to purchase new housing upgrades.

One of the earlier tasks is to repair the Farmhouse. This doesn’t provide any real upgrades, no additional space or anything like that. It’s merely a visual upgrade, removing some of the boards and damage to the exterior of the farmhouse. However, later in the game, there is the option to upgrade your house to be much bigger, allowing for more decoration space and places to store items.

How To Get A Bigger House In Ooblets

How To Get A Bigger House In Ooblets
You need to head to one of the stores near the center of town. Specifically, the small shop called Manatwee. It’s the furniture shop. It’s next to the clothing shop with the large cat on the sign, where you buy your inventory upgrades. Head inside to Manatwee and turn left as you enter. You will see the models of two different houses sitting on a display case.

This is where you can purchase size upgrades for your farmhouse, but they are not cheap. The first upgrade, upgrading your house to Size 2, costs 2000 Gummies. The next upgrade, upgrading your house to Size 3, is 3000 Gummies. As you progress through the game, completing tasks for members of the town, additional options for making Gummies do become available but even still, it’s a lot of money so expect to take some time grinding and selling materials before you are able to upgrade your house to its maximum size.

How To Craft Blueprints In Ooblets
Some items, like the Basic Sprinkler, are delivered in Blueprint form. This guide on How To Craft Blueprints In Ooblets explains the crafting process as blueprints cannot be activated or accessed from your inventory, instead you must find a specific location to craft items.

Whenever you want to craft an item in Ooblets, you need to find the appropriate crafting station. Cooking is easy and simple enough, there’s a small stove inside the farmhouse that lets you prepare basic recipes. However, other crafting options are not so simple, requiring you to locate the crafting station before you are able to craft certain items, such as blueprints.

How To Craft Blueprints In Ooblets

How To Craft Blueprints In Ooblets
In order to craft new items from Blueprints, you will need a Fabricuter. Later in the game it’s very possible you will be able to make a Fabricuter and have it stored at your farmhouse (Although you may need to upgrade the house first). However, before that time, you can access a Fabricuter elsewhere.

Head into the heart of town and look for Manatwee, it’s the furniture shop that has the picture of a chair on the sign. Head inside and take a left. You will see a machine churning away in the corner, near a small Ooblets door. Interact with the machine. Once you select the machine it will display a list of all the different items you can craft using blueprints. It’s very limited at first but using Wishes to unlock more blueprints will increase the different items you are able to craft at this station. It’s also where you make the Sprinkler, one of the earliest blueprints you can unlock.

How To Catch Gleam Ooblets In Ooblets
Gleamies are special colored versions of Ooblets. This guide on How To Catch Gleam Ooblets In Ooblets explains the different rarity types that each Ooblet species has, as well as tips on how to recognize Ooblets that are shiny versions when exploring the open world.

Each Ooblet species comes in three potential varieties. Common, Uncommon, and Gleam. Each type is identical in regards to the special abilities they have and the cards they have in a deck, but there is a single difference between each type. Common, Uncommon, and Gleam, each have a specific color and the Gleamie versions of each Ooblet, comes with a special shining effect that is present at all times.

How To Catch Gleam Ooblets In Ooblets

How To Catch Gleam Ooblets In Ooblets
At the beginning of each day, when you receive the notification regarding what Ooblets are available in town that day, this is the best place to find a Gleam Ooblet. However, unfortunately the shine is not present on this screen. So unless you recognize one as Gleamy, by knowing the three colors linked to that species, you cannot tell if one is a Gleamy or not. You can check the Almanac for the different colors of the ones you have found but other than that, there’s one additional way to check.

When you encounter a Gleamy Ooblet in the overworld, the shine is incredibly obvious, as shown above. There is no requirement or special method of finding Gleamy Ooblets, it’s a random chance, and a small one, but not impossible. After a days play I have already found and caught three Gleamy Ooblets.

I have found Gleamy Ooblets as my first encounter with a species, and when I have already caught the Common and Uncommon versions. There is a special rainbow rain event that seems to occur. This may or may not increase the chances of Gleamy Ooblets appearing but all the ones I caught were during normal weather.

Where To Find More Oobsidian In Ooblets

Where To Find More Oobsidian In Ooblets
Oobsidian is a very rare and valuable material used in blueprints. This guide on Where To Find More Oobsidian In Ooblets will tell you each of the methods you can explore to get more Oobsidian quickly, so you can upgrade your coops and craft more sprinklers, adding more value and profit to your farm.

There are a lot of reasons why you will want a lot of Oobsidian. It is used for crafting both Sprinklers and Coops. Eventually, once upgraded fully, Coops can house Ooblets that then water, harvest, and clean your crops, before planting more seeds. Effectively making the farm entirely self sufficient, requiring very little input or energy from you.

Where To Find More Oobsidian In Ooblets

Where To Find More Oobsidian
There are multiple ways to get Oobsidian, you will want to combine the different methods to maximize your chances of finding them. Firstly, the open world spawns. At the start of every day, items spawn around the town. Always check what items have appeared as sometimes there’s Oobsidian and other rare materials.

Secondly, fishing down at the dock. Again, it’s a small chance but bait is very easy to get if you use the Cogs you find in the second area. Next up, Ooblets. Catching Ooblets rewards you with statues (when you hand them in at the research center), when you complete a full case of figurines you will get a lot of rewards sent to your house – including two Oobsidian. Smashing rocks around your farmhouse can also return Oobsidian, but the chance is very small. You can also purchase Oobsidian for 100 Wishes.

Lastly, catching Gleam Ooblets. When you store a Gleam Ooblet on your farm or inside a Coop, there is a chance that an Oobsidian will spawn on your farm at the start of every day. It’s not guaranteed, but I would estimate it’s a 75%+ chance as it’s quite common.

What Horse To Choose In Ghost of Tsushima

What Horse To Choose
Currently the decision appears to be completely cosmetic base. There doesn’t appear to be stats relating to horses or anything in particular that would make one horse better than another – other than your personal preference of style and color.

There’s a black horse on the far left, followed by a white horse, and then a black and white patch horse before finally, the Digital Deluxe edition horse on the right side of the stable. The choice is permanent. When you attempt to select a horse you will receive a notification stating the horse will be alongside you for the entire journey. We will update the guide if we discover means of finding additional horses later, if the option arises.

Ghost Of Tsushima Mythic Tales Guide

The Heavenly Strike

The Heavenly Strike Mythic Tale can be found here on the map.

The HEavenly Strike Location Ghost Of Tsushima

Speak to the man there and he will tell you the tale of a Samurai and some lightning beasts. After the story, go to the bridge in the area and talk to the woman underneath it. From there, follow the horse tracks up the mountain until you reach the Mongol camp near the top. Clear out the camp and then go speak with the peasant outside. Go to the watch tower and check out all the stuff on the table and the wall scroll. Return outside and speak with the woman and she will help you find the place with the white leaves.

Now take the Plum Blossom Shrine route up to the top of the area. When you get to the shrine, jump from the shrine to the white tree area then survey down below. This will unlock the next area you need to go to. Head down the white tree area and then to the farm there. Kill the Mongols and then speak with the peasant who is inside the house. He will give you the location of another area you will have to go to. Head there and take out the Mongols and then head up the stairs. When you get up top, you will start a Samurai Duel.

This dude is quick so be ready for fast responses. When he sheaths his sword he will attack with a red move to dodge. If you keep your distance he will do a lunge slice at you as well which is another red. Both of these present a good opportunity for a couple slashes. When he does his normal attacks, try to parry which will leave him open to a critical hit. When you get him low enough on HP, you can finish the duel with Triangle and Circle thus learning the Heavenly Strike.

The Legend Of Tadayori
This one can be found here on the map.

The Curse Of Uchitsune
This one opened up for me after I completed the main mission involving the blacksmith and the Komatsu Forge. When the area was freed there was a man there that told me about a musician located here on the map.

The Curse Of Uchitsune Ghost Of Tsushima

Speak with him to get the quest and he will send you east. Follow the path until you get to a hillside with a tree on it. Below the tree there is a cracked opening you can enter. Down below you will find a picture that leads you to the next part of the quest.

Once you are inside The Golden Temple, it’s full of allies and there’s no combat nearby, you can freely chat with each of the NPC’s to learn what is required to upgrade your gear. Simply grab the materials and return here whenever you want to upgrade. There are other Bowyers, Swordsmith’s and Armorers in the game, but this is a great place to get you started.

Some of the Shrines require a special tool to access. This guide on Where To Find The Necessary Tool In Ghost Of Tsushima will tell you how to unlock the Grappling Hook, a special item that is required to climb to the summit of some of the Shrines and other areas in the game.

The Winding Mountain Shrine is one of many shrines scattered throughout the game world. If you explore this shrine early in your adventure you will be prompted with information pertaining to a specific tool that is required in order to ascend this Shrine to its summit. You cannot complete it without the Grappling Hook, which is the necessary tool the game informs you about when you reach the base of the shrine.

Where To Find The Necessary Tool In Ghost Of Tsushima

Where To Find The Grappling Hook
You must complete the story mission The Iron Hook. This is quite deep into the story of the first major territory. You have to aid with the Blacksmith, freeing him from captivity, help the Ronin straw hats with their plight, and complete most of the main story (yellow icon) missions in this area. Eventually you will have to meet up with the blacksmiths sister again. At this point, the leader of the Ronin Straw Hats will approach and ask for your help freeing menu from an enemy camp.

This is where the grappling hook is unlocked and the game uses it as a tutorial to tell you how it works. You jump and then press R2 to latch onto a nearby grapple point.

Where To Find Gosaku's Armor Keys In Ghost Of Tsushima
The legendary armor set can be found after discovering 6 special keys. This guide on Where To Find Gosaku’s Armor Keys In Ghost Of Tsushima will tell you where to find all 6 of the keys required to access Gosaku’s Armor, which is actually tied to a very specific Mythic quest.

It is possible to obtain the Gosaku’s Armor keys before actually embarking on the quest to get Gosaku’s Armor. If you have found a key on one of the many different farms, I would suggest first beginning the actual quest itself. It will make the tracking down of the keys much simpler.

Gosaku’s Armor Keys – Mythic Quest

Gosaku's Armor Keys - Mythic Quest
The location of the Armor Keys are updated to feature on your map once you have the quest itself, therefore saving time trying to locate the keys for yourself. You must have started Act 2: Retake Castle Shimura, before you are able to begin this Mythic quest. Once you have access to the next major area, you will need to head to Akashima Village. It’s north of Akashima Higata, it’s the first major town in this area. The musician is actually found just South of the village, a gathering of several houses.

There is a musician here, one that will allow you to start the Mythic Quest, The Unbreakable Gosaku. Speak with the Musician and he will tell you the story of Gosaku. This will then highlight several farms across both regions, this is where you will find your keys.

Gosaku’s Armor Keys – Finding The 6 Keys

Gosaku's Armor Keys - Finding The 6 Keys
You must obtain all 6 of the keys to Gosaku’s Armor before you can progress with the Mythic Quest. There are 4 keys in Izuhara and then a further 2 keys in Toyotama. When you arrive at a location with keys, you must liberate the area. You do this by killing all of the guards in the area and saving the three hostages. The final hostage you save will give you the key.

You will need to travel to the following locations in Izuhara:

  • Yagata Farmstead (Izuhara)
  • Ohama Fishing Village (Izuhara)
  • Aoi Village (Izuhara)
  • Kuta Farmstead (Izuhara)

Tomohara Armor Keys
Then, once you have acquired all four of the keys from Izuhara, head North to the next region, Toyotama. Here you only need to visit two locations.

  • Iijima Farmstead (Toyotama)
  • Koshimizu Farmstead (Toyotama)

Gosaku’s Armor Keys – Obtaining The Armor

Gosaku's Armor Keys - Obtaining The Armor
The final step is simple. Head to the location marked by the quest objective. There is a cave at the location but the objective marker will lead you straight to it. Beware of the Mongol’s at the entrance. When you are climbing to the top, be careful not to fall. Sometimes it will spawn you down on the beach.
